What is SAGE? It stands for Students for the Advancement of Global Entrepreneurship.They are an international network that teams up secondary school students to university students, business leaders, and civic leaders. And this year, Insane Ink will be competing in the SAGE competition.
Five teams- Amanda Albrecht & Christine Cortez, Jaskaran Dhami & Manraj Chahal, Kevin Duong & Henry Sheng, Jackie Ausman & Melanie Vaughn-Bright, Vanessa Lum & Gabriel Domingo from Insane Ink competed in the business plan competition. Two judges came to Piedmont Hills to judge their plans, the first place team being Amanda Albrecht & Christine Cortez with Sunshine Elder Care as their business plan.
